Andrew Dzwilewski was fishing with his dad, Chris, off the bulkhead casting into the Liberty Thorofare and caught 18 weakfish and a haul of sea bass, sand sharks and blowfish on squid. His sisters Alyssa and Chloe witnessed this historic afternoon of fishing.
