Privacy Policy
By submitting your photograph and/or story to us, you are waving your right to privacy and granting us permission to use your photography, story and likeness on our website and in-store, including but not limited to advertising.
We require you to include your e-mail address with your submission, however your e-mail address is kept confidential and will not be provided to any other persons or organizations, except as required by court order or other legal procedure.
Sales Tax
Jingles charges Sales Tax for certain products and services, based on the applicable state sales tax law for New Jersey.
Company Hours
Jingles operates a seasonal schedule, typically closed for the Winter months. Monitor our posted hours, shown in the footer here and at the store.
Payment Conditions
Payment for services or products is in United States Dollars by Credit Card, Cash, Check, Money Order, or via PayPal. Services or products will not be provided until payment has been received, except as exclusively arranged before sale of such services or products. Due to current banking fees, there is a $35 charge on any returned payments.
Void Where Prohibited
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of New Jersey shall apply and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of New Jersey, USA. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Jingles with respect to our facilities. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Jingles with respect to our facilities. No change of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Jingles.
