Its a cold October Monday morning (37 degrees) and we are still waiting for the fish to come… I keep saying any day, its gotta be soon.. Well, it has to be any day! The water is getting colder, its about 65 degrees now. Hearing about a lot of short stripers in the bay and heard of a couple shorts caught off the surf. Still hearing there are cocktail blues in the surf and the bay too. Blowfish and weakfish shill in the bay and Tog up off the rocks in Barnegat.
We have lots of fresh bait so come on in and give it a go. Someone has to catch that first big(ger) one off the surf! We are still waiting for the first weigh-in here at Jingles. Prizes for both the Classic weigh-in or the Store tourney weigh-in!
