Fluke in the inlet, in the drift, on the Brigantine side. We caught about a dozen in short order with two being keepers using a mixture of baits (minnows, squid, gulp). Surf appears to still be yielding some Kingfish. We are still hearing reports of fluke out front, but more towards the South (Holgate).
Crabbing sounds as though it is really picking up. One customer claims he had a couple of dozen keepers out of one crab hotel.
Get your fishing in early today as it looks like the weather MAY turn ugly later.
