Oooh… Mother Nature turned on her A/C!! It’s a mostly sunny, cool day today in Beach Haven. Winds are strong coming from the NNE at about 17mph. Currently, the surf is rough from the effects of Hurricane Lee with 3-4 foot waves. You will need 5-6oz to hold. LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 77°. The air temp is currently 63° and heading to 73°.

The bay is choppy as well and 71°.

Low tide is at 2:46AM and 2:57PM. High tide is at 8:48AM and 8:53PM.

Anglers are still catching fluke in the surf. Pat Conti got these two keepers yesterday with the bigger being 3.62#. In the bay there are fluke, blowfish, and blues.

The Miss Beach Haven currently has two morning trips planned for tomorrow and Sunday from 8AM – 12PM. We need a few more bookies for each day for them to go so jump on and do some fishing!! Just book online at www.missbeachhaven.com.

The 69th Long Beach Island Surf Fishing Classic 2023 Registration is open – $30 per adult, $15 for a junior!
