It’s a overcast morning right now in Beach Haven with the sun peaking out at times. Winds are mild coming from the S at about 6mph. Currently, the surf is calm with 0-1 foot waves. You will need 2-3oz to hold. LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 78°. (Reminder… that’s not swim temp)! The air temp is currently 73° and heading to 82°.

Low tide is at 6:36AM and 7:08PM. High tide is at 12:22AM and 1:12PM.
Over the weekend, we had lots of reports of fluke in the bay behind Holgate and in the inlet. There have been some really big fluke this year and the ones we have weighed in so far have been on squid and minnows! The bay also has blowfish, and some small blues. In the ocean, the cocktail blues are here!! Great fun for the kids on the beach. The surf also still producing some nice fluke. Ryan caught this nice 22″ off the surf using 5″ gulp.
