It’s an hazy sunny morning right now in Beach Haven. Winds are mild coming from the NE at about 8mph. Currently, the surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 7°. (Reminder… that’s not swim temp)! The air temp is currently 75° and heading to 80°.

The bay is calm and 75°.

Low tide is at 4:29AM and 4:23PM. High tide is at 10:31AM and 10:28PM.

Yesterday’s rain did not keep people from getting out there fishing! Store staffers Matt and Rod each came back with a fluke from the inlet – Rod’s was 3.06# and 21″ caught on gulp. All the kids for Kids Clinic were troopers learning how to cast yesterday morning in the rain – 8 more anglers on the island!!

The Miss Beach Haven had a good morning once again killing it with keeper sea bass and a some fluke – one young man caught a 21″ fluke that weighed in over 5#! We have limited availability left on the trips this afternoon from 1pm – 4pm and out evening fluke trip from 5PM – 8PM. It’s a great day to get out on the water!
