It’s a mostly cloudy morning and another HOT one here in Beach Haven! Winds are coming from the WSW at about 9mph. Currently, the surf is a little rough with 2-3 foot waves coming quite frequently. Anglers are catching some bluefish, some kingfish and mostly fluke out on the surf. Here Kellen shows off the 18.5″ fluke he caught off the surf. Kellen and his cousin Henry were in my kids clinic class on Monday and he caught this fluke the next day with the rod/reel combo he got by coming to the class! Congratulations Kellen!! In the bay there are fluke, bluefish, blowfish and and occasional weakfish.
