It’s a beautiful sunny morning today in Beach Haven! It’s going to be cooler day than yesterday. The wind is strong this morning coming from the WNW at about 12mph. The surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 69°. The temp is currently 68° and heading to 72°.
The bay is choppy and 65°.
Low tide is at 5:56AM and 6:06PM. High tide is at 12:07PM.
No Derby weigh-ins in the last couple of days but still getting reports of striped bass, blues and drum. Carly sent in this picture from yesterday of a 30″ keeper caught on clams. In the bay, there are fluke, weakfish and bluefish.
Today we have minnows, bloodworms and fresh bunker will be here soon.
