It’s an overcast morning here in Beach Haven today. Currently, the wind is mild, blowing from the NW at about 7mph. The surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 65°. The temp is currently 67° and heading to 70°.
The bay is calm and 69°.
Low tide is at 5:21AM and 5:05PM. High tide is at 11:30AM and 11:15PM.
More bluefish reports yesterday, as well as a bluefish weigh-in for the derby. Had a report of two keeper size striper caught this morning so it seems they are still hanging around. Also in the surf, there are kingfish. In the bay you can get some weakfish and fluke, and don’t forget out at the reefs you can go for Sea Bass until June 19th.
Today we have surf clams and bloodworms.
