Well, Pat Gallen got his name on the board with with emphasis! Pat reeled in this 18.12lb and 37 7/8″ striped bass yesterday afternoon in Brant Beach caught with salted clams. He is the first in the derby and the first fish weighed-in here at the store winning the $25 gift card. He said he was getting nibbles the whole time and then bang. Even though he has a big fish there may be heavier so don’t give up on the tournaments! The Derby has top 3 striped bass.
Today we have bloodworms. Expecting surf clams later day.
