What a day yesterday for fluke! Fluke-a-mania was a huge success – one, with 83 boats registered and then an over 8lb fluke caught by our friends at Fisherman’s HQ. Here at the store we weighed in a 6.28lb caught by Hiram Cartagena, which puts him in first for the store tournament. The Smilon boys also came home with 3 keepers. And the Knot Guilty had a banner day as well! On the surf, we are still getting reports of king fish with blue fish coming in little by little.
Today we have fresh bunker, minnows and bloodworms.
