Daily Report

Well, the streak has ended… it’s a rainy, mild day (for the time being – temps will drop as the day gets on) here in Beach Haven. There is a slight wind coming from SW. The surf is a little bit rougher today with 2-3 foot waves. Currently you will need 3-4 ounces to hold. The ocean temp is 60°. The air temp is 64° heading to 65°.

The bay is calm and the temp is 60°.

Low tide is at 11:11AM and 11:32PM. High tide was 4:48AM and 5:04PM.

No additional weigh-ins yesterday. Only the one John caught in the AM, a striper in Beach Haven using an SP Minnow. 29″ and 8.64lbs. Did receive more reports of shorts. Have heard there are some bluefish out there but no weigh-ins yet. They are killing it striper fishing by boat now on the north end of the island. Tog bite is still good at the rocks and wrecks.
