Daily Report

It is a beautiful, clear, comfortable morning in Beach Haven. The mild wind is out of the SSE. The surf is calm with 1 to 2 foot waves. Currently you will need 2 to 3 ounces to hold. The ocean temp is 70°. The air temp is 76° and heading to 88˚.

The bay is calm and the temp is 77°.

Low tide was at 7:03AM and is at 7:35PM. High tide was at 12:38AM and is at 1:23PM.

You can still get kingfish, some bluefish and fluke off the surf. There are PLENTY of fluke all around, bay, inlet, surf and reef. I also had reports of keeper sea bass at Little Egg and GSS. Nice job Joe Marcario on this 23″, 4.28lb fluke, caught at Little Egg on white gulp and Jingles minnow.

Nice job by the crew of the Pension Plan on winning the Calcutta for mahi at the BHMTC White Marlin Classic.

Congratulations to the winners in the SBYC fishing tournament yesterday!! Carole Ann and I had a wonderful time last night at the awards dinner. We watched a beautiful sunset from the wharf at the club.
