A cooler morning in Beach haven but a little rain is on the way. There is even a slighter breeze than yesterday out of the SSE. The surf is calm with 1 to 2 foot waves. Currently you will need 2 to 3 ounces to hold. The ocean temp is 69°. The air temp is 75° and heading to 80˚.
The bay is calm and the temp is 78°.
Low tide was at 5:26AM and 5:46PM. High tide is at 11:34AM and 11:42PM.
You can still get kingfish, bluefish and fluke off the surf and still some nice fluke right our behind in the bay. Herb Werner came up with another nice one from out back – 3.46lbs and 22″. One more week for our in-store fluke tournament! Right now Herb is in the lead with 5.12lbs. But remember there is first, second and third prizes. Good Luck!
