It’s another hot sticky morning in Beach Haven! The morning started out overcast but it is already clearing up – it is looking to be party sunny throughout the day. The surf is flat calm this morning with 0 to 1 foot waves. The ocean temp is 77°. 2 to 3 ounces will hold fine. The wind is mild at 2-3mph and out of the S. The air temp is 77° and heading to 87°.
The bay is calm and 78°.
High tide is at 12:20PM. Low tide is at 6:31AM.
Still getting reports of plenty of kingfish in the surf. Also reports of pods of blues going by and some are pretty sizable. They continue to get fluke off the surf with a bucktail and gulp. The bay continues to produce fluke (still sizable as Jeff Retallick brought in a 25″ that was over 6lbs that he caught right out back), blowfish, small seabasss, weakfish and snap blues. The reefs have fluke and sea bass.
