Well, rain held off for us and it was another beautiful day… 3 in a row! We got reports that there were quite a few dogfish in the surf yesterday, but this little 9 year old angler got himself a 9.02lb bluefish, 32 3/4″! Also heard of some short stripers. In the back we had a report of an angler limiting out on the fluke.
While the weather people say we are going to get showers, the radar looks like the first half is going to be just north of us, so I think the it will miss us, BUT we may get caught in the back half of the storm. The water is 60 degrees and winds are blowing NE.
