Got a couple inches of snow yesterday. It’s another cold morning at 27 degrees. Winds are W at 29mph making if feel like 14mph. Is anyone out there fishing in this weather?? Let us know! Had a report that there were still stripers caught in the beginning of the week so they are still around.
The 63 Annual Surf Classic finished up on Sunday with a total of 84 striped bass catches and 11 bluefish catches. The grand prize winning striper was a 48lb caught by John Matt and the grand prize winning bluefish was 15.16lbs caught by Rob Vallone. To see full results, go to the site www.lbift.com.
