It’s a cool but sunny morning here in Beach Haven! The wind right now is coming from the NNW at about 7mph. Currently the surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need about 4-5oz to hold. Beach Haven water temp is about 53°. The air temp is currently 51° and heading to 59°.

The bay is calm and 53.6°.

Low tide is at 7:06AM and 6:57PM. High tide is at 12:35AM and 1:26PM.

Striped bass continues to be HOT! We had two Spring Derby weigh-ins yesterday, and many other reports of striper being caught. Udo Dressler weighed in this 7.15# bass caught on salted clam in Beach Haven and then John Aspedleider brought in this 9.65# caught in Holgate on bunker! Don’t be fooled that just fresh clams are the only bait… they like salted clams and bunker too. Like I said, those striper are hunger this spring – The fishing is HOT – don’t wait!

Fluke season is open and we are loaded up with live minnows so come and get ’em! We also have plenty of gulp, bucktails, Hoochies and MORE!! Come in and sign up for the Jingles In-Store Fluke tournament running the entire season.
