This morning is a cooler, slightly foggy morning here in Beach Haven. The wind right now is coming from the ENE at about 7mph. Currently the surf is moderate with 3-4 foot waves. You will need about 4-5oz to hold. Beach Haven water temp is about 50°. The air temp is currently 51° and staying about the same all day.
The bay is flat calm and 53.8°.
Low tide is at 3:17AM and 3:18PM. High tide is at 9:05AM and 9:21PM.
The striper action continues….and Jonathan Kelly is on fire! He caught 3 striped bass last evening – two oversized and 1 JUST RIGHT! He weighed in another for both tournaments – 29.75″ and 9# caught in Holgate on surf clams. Today is a bit cooler but the surf looks clean and I am seeing other up and down the island.
