It’s a partly sunny, mild, but beautiful October morning here in Beach Haven. Winds this morning are coming from the SE at about 6mph. The surf is currently a little choppy with 1-2 foot waves coming in quite frequently. You will need about 4-5oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 60.6°. The air temp is currently 64° and heading to 66°.

The bay has a little chop and is 57°.

Low tide is at 12:19AM and 12:39PM. High tide is at 6:30AM and 6:41PM.

The 70th Annual LBI Surf Classic weigh-ins continue with a total of 89 fish weighed-in! Angler continue to kill it up at the lighthouse with tog using sand fleas and green crabs. Striped Bass reports are starting to pick up. John Murphy caught a 34″ bass not far from the shop so that means they are making their way down here! You can still register for the LBI Classic and win money – right up to the last day – so stop into one of the island bait shops and register!

The Miss Beach Haven had a great Sea Bass trip on Saturday with 30 keepers for 12 anglers! She is scheduled for her next trip on Saturday, Nov 2nd. Reservations required – book online at missbeachhaven.com.
