It’s a partly sunny morning here in Beach Haven today! Winds this morning are mild coming from the WSW at about 6mph. The surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need about 2-3oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 72°. The air temp is currently 70° and heading to 81°.
The bay is calm and 72°.
Low tide is at 7:42M and 8:55PM. High tide is at 1:39PM and 2:08PM.
There continues to be kingfish and fluke reports from the beach as well as some bluefish reports. In the bay there are fluke and weakfish proved here by Nick Rocco who caught this 5.68# and 24 3/8″ fluke right out behind Beach Haven. And his fishing partner Sheri Michaels who caught this 3.52# and 20″ fluke as well as this 2.82# and 20.5″ weakfish!! They didn’t go far to get them! Snap blues are out there and there are also lots of little fish by the bulkheads – so take your kids, get some fishbites or squid and go drop by the bulkhead. So much to catch – spot, sea bass, blowfish and more!
Today we have MINNOWS and BLOODWORMS. Don’t forget your bait bucket. If you do not have one, we have Jingles Bait Buckets for just $3! Catching fish?? Send us your reports to jinglesbait@comcast.net.
