It’s a beautiful mild morning today in Beach Haven! Winds are currently coming from the SSW at about 9mph. This morning, the surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need about 3-4oz to hold. The LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 55°. The air temp is currently 57° and heading down to 65°.

Low tide is at 7:48AM and 7:48PM. High tide is at 1:11AM and 1:58PM.
Anglers continue to pull stripers and bluefish out of the ocean using bunker and clams! There have been quite a few oversized stripers and blues seem a plenty. We had two weigh-ins yesterday… Matt Shapiro had a striper mid-day that put him in third place for the Spring Derby at 30 7/8″ and 10.82# and then later in the evening he had a bluefish that he thought could place but weighed in at 9.56#. Also seeing some nice fluke coming out of the ocean, and they are out back too. Fishing is good here…. get to it!
