Two spring derby weigh-ins over the past two days further north on the island. One was 10.87lbs and the other 9.7lbs – both on surf clams. More reports over the weekend of stripers in Holgate and Beach Haven. Had a report this morning of an over 23″ fluke caught in the surf! That’s a good sign as Fluke Season starts one week from today!
