It’s a beautiful, sunny, warm morning here in Beach Haven today! A little haze over the ocean to start the day. Winds are a bit stronger this morning, coming from the SSW at about 13mph. The surf is relatively calm with 2-3 foot waves coming in pretty frequently. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. Sandy Hook buoy temp is 79.5°, LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 77° and The Atlantic City buoy temp is 58°. The air temp is currently 76° and heading to 84°.

The bay is calm and 75°.

Low tide is at 11:03AM. High tide is at 4:39AM and 5:15PM.

Surf still has kingfish, although word is they are being tricky to find. The surf also has fluke. In the bay there are blowfish and still some fluke. The Pullion crew had a great weekend, in the bay and the surf! On Saturday Gabriella pulled in a keeper fluke, at just over 17″ right off the dock at Morrison’s – while trying for blowfish! Then here 6 year old brother caught a blowfish in the same spot. Then on Sunday, Dad Chris, caught an 18″ fluke from the surf!

Today we have FRESH BUNKER, minnows and bloodworms.
