It’s a NOT SO beautiful morning here today in Beach Haven – Overcast and some light rain forecasted for later today.. Winds are mild coming from the SW at about 8mph. The surf is very calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. Sandy Hook buoy temp is 78°, LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 77° and The Atlantic City buoy temp is 68°. The air temp is currently 75° and heading to 84°.
The bay is calm and 76°.
Low tide is at 7:34AM and 8:45PM. High tide is at 1:24AM and 2:08PM.
Surf still has kingfish and fluke. In the inlet there continues to be a ton of fluke – shorts and keepers. The Miss Beach Haven did well in the inlet again yesterday. Out at the reefs there are some nice sea bass and In the rocks there are tog.
Today we have minnows and bloodworms.
