It’s a partly cloudy, hazy, but also sunny morning here in Beach Haven today! Winds are very mild coming from the NW at about 4mph. The surf is calmer but still with 3-4 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The sea temp is 79°. The air temp is currently 73° and heading to 80°.
The bay is flat calm and 67°.
Low tide is at 1:55AM and 1:44PM. High tide is at 7:51AM and 7:59PM.
In the surf anglers still killing it with kingfish. Anglers are also doing well with fluke in the surf. In the bay there are fluke and blowfish and little sea bass by the bulkhead. In the inlet you can get fluke and blues. FishHawk Charters had an active day yesterday out back getting a bunch of shorts and one 21.5″ keeper. And store staffer David Schlindwein and friends also had a good day bringing in 3 keepers and also a bunch of shorts. All were using gulp.
Today we have fresh bunker, minnows and bloodworms.
