Daily Report

It’s another beautiful, sunny day here in Beach Haven and another HOT day! The wind is coming from the SW at about 16mph. The surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 77°. The temp is currently 81° and heading to 86°.

The bay is calm and 75°.

Low tide is at 8:55AM and 9:52PM. High tide is at 2:36AM and 3:11PM.

In the surf anglers are still killing it with kingfish. Randy Bush caught 10 yesterday, keeping 8 nice sized ones. Also in the surf, there are fluke. LBI Fishing Guides, had Rob out last evening on the beach where he got his first keeper fluke weighing in at 2.10#, and 18″. They had 10 fluke total! In the bay there are fluke, and blowfish, with some blues in the inlet. Kristen caught her first fluke in the bay using gulp. And Captain Steve, out on the Jingles boat had a charter out at the reef where they caught a bunch of fluke and sea bass, unfortunately, all just short.
