Daily Report

It’s another gorgeous, sunny morning here in Beach Haven today!! The wind is coming from the SE at about 15mph. The surf is relatively calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 74°. The temp is currently 72° and heading to 81°.

The bay is calm and 72°.

Low tide is at 1:16AM and 1:15PM. High tide is at 7:05AM and 7:30PM.

In the surf, reports of kingfish and fluke continue. Tim Smilon had (4) short fluke off the beach yesterday using gulp. There are also dogfish and skates and heard there are brown shark and sand tigers. In the bay, there are still fluke and weakfish and some blues in the inlet. Hank Wright had a weigh-in for the store tournament yesterday – 4.12lbs and 22″. This puts him in second place! Connor Smilon, of FishHawk Charters also had a keeper yesterday morning on his morning trip as well as (6) shorts.

Kids Clinic was yesterday so we have 3 new anglers on the island! Kids Clinic is held every week on Monday and Wednesday at 9AM. Please call the store for details and to register.
