It’s another beautiful, cool, morning here in Beach Haven. The wind has settled a bit from yesterday but still blowing NW at about 12mph. The surf is flat calm with 0-1 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 68°. The temp is currently 61° and heading to 77°.
The bay has a slight chop this morning and is 58°.
Low tide is at 7:47AM and 8:15PM. High tide is at 1:20 and 2:00PM.
No Derby weigh-ins and we are in the last week! Starting to receive a bunch of reports of kingfish in the surf. Also in the surf there are bluefish, black drum and still an occasional striper. In the bay, there are fluke, weakfish and bluefish.
Today we have minnows and fresh bunker. Bloodworms are coming today.
