It’s a beautiful, sunny morning here in Beach Haven today! And going to get quite warm – our best day yet! Currently, the wind is blowing from the WSW at about 11mph. The surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 56°. The temp is currently 66° and heading to 75°.
Low tide is at 7:12AM and 7:25PM. High tide is at 12:40AM and 1:22PM.
The bay is calm and 59°.
Still reports of lots of stripers out there – big ones, little ones and just right ones. Matt Shapiro had another one for the derby – he thought this would be in the top three but a little light. Still a great fish – 17.86lb, 37 3/8″ caught in Holgate on surf clam. Good luck to all the anglers in the Marlin & Tuna Club Striper and Bluefish tournament!
