You’ll never believe!!…… It’s a gray overcast and foggy morning here in Beach Haven today. Currently, the wind is very mild! from the E at about 4mph. The surf is still a little rough with 3-4 foot waves. You will need 4-5 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 51°. The temp is currently 56° and heading to 58°.
The bay is flat calm and 54°.
Low tide is at 1:03AM and 1:12M. High tide is at 6:53AM and 7:22PM.
There was a derby weigh-in yesterday – and it was a bluefish! Glenn Curtis caught a 21″ up in Surf City on bunker. Saw a bunch of bluefish weigh-ins at Surf City B&T too – one was 15.56lbs and 39″ on an SP Minnow! We had a report yesterday too – Jamie caught this fattie that was just short of the 28″ regulation, so there are fish out there. Don’t waste any more days – get out there!
Today we have fresh shucked clams and live minnows. Fresh bunker will be here at about 8am.
