It’s a cloudy morning here in Beach Haven today! Looks like we will have clouds all day. Currently, the wind is a bit stronger at 14mph coming from the E. The surf is also a little rougher today with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The temp is currently 52° and heading to 54°. The ocean temp is 51°.

Another Spring Derby weigh-in yesterday…. 7 year old PJ Shapiro reeled in this 13.74lbs and 33.5″ in Holgate using clams! His mom told us he said his arms are so tired they are like jello. Connor, from LBI Fishing Guides, also had more success yesterday catching this 47″ slob!! Reports of a few other bites – also heard of a nice 28″ keeper caught on a lure a couple days ago. In the bay they are still catching stripers using bloodworms and paddle tails.
Today we have bloodworms.
