Another BEAUTIFUL morning here in Beach Haven today! Currently, the wind is mild – almost no wind at all coming from the W at 5mph. The surf is calm with 2 to3 foot waves. You will need at about 2-3 ounces to hold. There have been lots of birds out there yesterday and today! The temp is currently 61° and heading to 71°. The ocean temp is 70°.
The bay is calm and 67.5°.
Low tide is 3:38AM and 4:13PM. High tide is at 9:42AM and 10:02PM.
In the surf, reports yesterday of lots of kingfish. Cocktail blue in the surf also. There has been an occasional striper report too. In the back off the sod banks, Joann got her first striper using a top water plug. Way to go Joann! Still getting weakfish too.
