Daily Report

It’s an overcast but partly sunny morning in Beach Haven! This morning the wind is coming from the ENE at about 9mph. The surf is calm with 1 foot waves. You will need about 3-4 ounces to hold. The temp is currently 73° and heading to 79°. The ocean temp is 78°.

The bay is calm chop and 75°.

Low tide is 8:42AM and 9:48PM. High tide is at 2:20AM and 2:59PM.

We are still getting kingfish and fluke in the surf, with some reports of small blues. The inlet is yielding more keeper fluke.

I would like to give a thank you to Craig Burrows of the Big Dog for a terrific couple of days, culminating into a nice check for our work offshore. 5 big tuna (we ate last night) were brought on the boat in a matter of minutes. And the Beach haven Marlin and Tuna Club outdid themselves, putting on an incredible tournament. CHEERS BHMTC!!! And for all of the naysayers that labeled the tournament as insignificant, shame on you, it was a BLAST!!

Today we have fresh bunker, minnows and bloodworms.
