Another overcast cooler morning here in Beach Haven. The wind is a bit stronger this morning coming from the NE at about 10mph. Hoping we see a little sun today! Currently, the surf is calm with 1 to 2 foot waves. You will need about 3-4 ounces to hold. The temp is currently 66° and heading to 69°. The ocean temp is 75°.
The bay is calm and 64.5°.
Low tide is 9:44AM and 10:34PM. High tide is at 3:20AM and 3:56PM.
Bluefish, kingfish, fluke, sharks and rays off the surf. Fluke and weakfish in the bay. Had two fluke weigh- ins yesterday. Dave Lampman brought in a 2.92lb fluke and the Dorsch boys caught three – Jake reeled in a 3.44lb which put him in third place for our store tournament. The tournament goes through the end of the month so still plenty of time to join!
Today we have fresh bunker, minnows and bloodworms.
