Daily Report

Finally…. a BEAUTIFUL day in Beach Haven!! The wind is almost non-existent coming out of the NE at about 4mph. Currently, the surf is a moderately calm with 3 to 4 foot waves but a high frequency of waves. You will need about 4-5 ounces to hold. The temp is currently 63° and heading to 68°. The ocean temp is 66°.

The bay is flat calm and 65°.

Low tide is at 4:48AM and 4:34PM. High tide is at 10:45AM and 10:32PM.

We had a bluefish weigh-in yesterday by Rich Sherman – 3.8lbs using bunker. Also had some reports of stripers in the surf yesterday – here C P caught his first striper ever on clams. There are also kingfish and fluke in the surf. There are fluke and weakfish in the bay. Sea bass bite out at the reefs.
