It is another BEAUTIFUL morning in Beach Haven!! Its a bit cooler and the winds finally changed – today coming out of the ENE! The surf is calm with 0-1 foot waves. Currently you will need 2-3 ounces to hold. The ocean temp is 73°. The air temp is 64° and heading to 76˚.
The bay is calm and the temp is 73°.
Low tide is at 1:25PM. High tide is at 7:17AM an 7:35PM.
Still reports of kingfish, fluke, cocktail blues, sharks and rays in the surf. Fluke, blowfish, weakfish, sea robins in the bay. We had a few weigh-ins from Little Egg Reef yesterday. The crew of the Knot Guilty caught a couple keeper sea bass – 16″, 1.92lbs and 15″, 1.52lbs. And Joe Marcario knocked Tre out of the third place in the tournament with a 4.92lbs, 23″ fluke.
