It is an overcast, cloudy, WARM morning in Beach Haven, but rumor has it that the afternoon will clear up. The wind is moderate and out of the NE. The surf is slightly rough with 2 to 3 foot waves. The ocean temp is 74°. Currently you will need 3 to 4 ounces to hold. The air temp is 73° and heading to 80˚.
The bay is calm and is 74°.
Low tide is at 1:58PM. High tide was at 7:48AM and is at 8:10PM.
Surf has kingfish and fluke, with reports from Spray Beach to Holgate. The back is still giving up nice sized fluke and weakfish. We had some nice weigh-ins yesterday of keeper fluke. Our friend Gary Rowles weighed in a 22″, 4.14 pound beauty.
