The bay has a slight chop and 68°.

We received multiple reports of a good kingfish bite yesterday. Blues and keeper fluke are in the surf, in Beach Haven and Holgate. Many reports of sharks and rays on the surf as well. There are PLENTY of fluke in the bay and they look to be in the reefs out front as well. Some weakies in the bay too!

Congrats to Denise Hart who won the Fluke-a-Mania Tournament with a 6.09lb fluke with minnows in the bay! And Matt Colombo came in and weighed in a 2.92lb and 20.5″ fluke yesterday caught on chartreuse gulp. Fluke are there right out behind Spray Beach and Beach Haven and reports that they are at the Little Egg Reef as well.
