Not many reports yesterday with the cold rainy weather, but there are stripers in the bay using bloodworms, paddle tails or lures. LBT is going to allow surf fishing sometime soon but with these restrictions – fishing on the surf will only be allowed from 5PM to 10AM each day. And you much have your LBT placard with you.
