Another beautiful morning in Beach Haven! The surf is calm with waves of 2 to 3 feet. Its breezy this morning with winds about 16mph and and out of the SSW. The water temp is 71°. It will take 3 to 4 ounces to hold. The air temp is 73° and heading to 82°.
The bay is calm and 70°.
High tide is at 3:19PM. Low tide is at 9:18AM and 10:29PM.
Now that fluke season is over, what to do?? Well, the surf is still producing lots of cocktail/snapper blues. Kingfish continue as well. Had a report that one angler couldn’t keep up with their two rods – hit after hit! An occasional weafish and pompano appearing off the surf as well. In the bay you can go for, blowfish, weakfish and snap blues. We have lots of fresh mullet and fresh bunker.
