Finally, a beautiful Beach Haven morning! Its a cool morning and is going to continue to be a beautiful sunny day. The surf is rough with 3 to 4 foot waves. The wind is moderate and out of the WNW. The ocean temp is 72°. You will need 5 to 7 ounces to hold bottom. The air temp is currently 69° and heading to 82°.
The bay is choppy and 71°.
Low tide is 1:39PM. High tide was at 7:29AM and 7:45PM.
They are till getting kingfish, cocktail blues and fluke in the surf. Wind died down a little so should be easier to cast today. In the bay fluke, weakfish, small sea bass and blowfish as well as small stripers. Had a weigh in of a spanish mackerel off the dock behind fantasy island yesterday and a school of corn cob mullet which we have a limited supply for sale at the store!
