Good Morning,
Our Beach Haven morning is starting to shape up nicely – started out overcast but the sun is burning through and its going to be nice sunny day. The surf is a little rough with 3 to 4 foot waves. It’s a little breezy today winds blowing NE. The ocean temp is 68°. 4 to 5 ounces will hold fine. The air temp is currently 74° and heading to 78°.
The bay is a little choppy and 70°.
High tide is at 8:34AM and 8:47PM. Low tide is at 2:41PM.
Kingfish bite is still hot in the surf. Also fluke and cocktail blues are still biting. The bay is yielding fluke, weakfish, plenty of blowfish and snap blues. Been getting a lot of reports of small sea bass of the dock at Morrisons. We have also learned of a few keeper fluke off the dock too! One report from the inlet this morning is a lot of action however, all shorts so far.
