DAILY REPORT

It’s another gorgeous, perfect August morning here in Beach Haven!! The wind this morning is again very mild coming from the WSW at about 3mph. Currently the surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need about 4-5oz to hold. Beach Haven water temp is 76.6°. The air temp is currently 72° and heading to 79°.

The bay is calm and 74.5°.

Low tide is at 4:00AM and 4:12PM. High tide is at 9:53AM and 10:08PM.

Had another fluke weigh-in yesterday for the Jingles In-store tournament! Dave Closson has another fish in contention weighing at 5.5# and 24″ using minnows out at the reef. Dave, as well as some other customers has said the reef fishing “is really good”! The surf has fluke, cocktail blues and some kingfish and in the bay there are still some fluke, an occasional weakfish and little fish along the bulkheads for the kiddos!
