It’s a beautiful Saturday morning here in Beach Haven! This morning the wind is mild coming from the W at about 3mph. Currently the surf is calm with 0-1 foot waves. You will need about 3-4oz to hold. Beach Haven water temp is 66.5°. The air temp is currently 75° and heading to 81°!

The bay is calm and 69.3°.

Low tide is at 10:41AM and 11:42PM. High tide is at 4:18AM and 4:55PM.

Tomorrow is the last day for the Spring Derby. The striped bass have pretty much moved on but there is always a chance…. Fluke has still been pretty prevent in the surf this year and anglers are doing well right out back.

Today is the last day of fishing for the Beach Haven Marlin & Tuna Club’s TUNA OPEN! With $188K up for grabs you can see the latest results and current front runners on the Tuna Open web page www.tunaopen.com. Tonight, weigh-ins are open to the public from 5-8PM all week! Cash bar with awards ceremony approx 9PM tonight.

Captian Steve and his crew on the Miss Beach Haven caught two yellowfin tuna’s weighing 27.5# and 33.5#. While they didn’t win the $$ they had a great trip and we all enjoyed a delicious sushi dinner that night! Congratulations teams MBH/Jingles!
