It’s another overcast windy morning here in Beach Haven….. Winds are still blowing…. this morning they are from the E at about 13mph. The surf is STILL rough with 2-3 foot waves, coming in quite frequently. You will need about 8-10oz to hold again? Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 69.3°. The air temp is currently 68° and heading to 69°.
The bay is calm and 66°.
Low tide is at 8:28AM and 9:44PM. High tide is at 2:24AM and 2:45PM.
We have reached THE LAST DAY OF FLUKE SEASON and the weather still stinks! The surf is still rough but there have been some trooper fisherman still out there and picking up some cocktail bluefish. The surf still has some kingfish too. In the bay there are definitely blowfish! Up at the lighthouse they are using FRESH MULLET and are catching bluefish one after another! The rocks up at the lighthouse have lots of tog and Bayside Dave got a nice 29″ striper too.
