It’s another beautiful, sunny, September morning today in Beach Haven! Winds this morning are mild coming from the N at about 5mph. The surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need about 3-4oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 70.7°. The air temp is currently 65° and heading to 75°.
The bay is calm and 69°.
Low tide is at 7:17AM and 9:07PM. High tide is at 1:39AM and 2:07PM.
In the surf, there continues to be kingfish, fluke and bluefish. Ranyd Mylinski brought in this weigh-in yesterday – 22.5″ and 4.46#. Randy caught this fluke in the surf using mullet! In the bay there are still some fluke and weakfish but also plenty of blowfish. Kevin Collura brought in this fluke on Monday weighting fluke – 3.56# and 21.75″ ! There are snap blues as well. Out at the reefs you can still bring home some fluke for two more weeks!
