It’s a beautiful, sunny, September morning today in Beach Haven! Winds this morning are coming from the W at about 7mph. The surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need about 2-3oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 69.4°. The air temp is currently 67° and heading to 76°.
The bay is calm and 66°.
Low tide is at 5:46AM and 6:46PM. High tide is at 12:24PM.
In the surf there are kingfish, fluke and bluefish. Received a report this morning of an angler that got 3 keeper fluke yesterday off the surf using a mullet rig and mullet!! Also a report of plenty of kingfish! In the bay there are still some fluke and weakfish but also plenty of blowfish. There are snap blues as well. Out at the reefs you can still bring home some fluke for two more weeks!
