DAILY REPORT

Where did everybody go?? Boy it got really quite here fast! It’s a mostly sunny morning here today in Beach Haven. Winds this morning are coming from the ENE at about 11mph. The surf is moderate with 2-3 foot waves. You will need about 4-5oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 71.1°. The air temp is currently 72° and heading to 72°.

The bay is calm and 68°.

Low tide is at 3:23AM and 3:33PM. High tide is at 9:25PM and 9:31PM.

In the surf there are kingfish, fluke and bluefish. On Sunday, Dan Halik picked this fluke out of the surf up at the tip in Holgate – 3.22#! In the bay right out back there are fluke, weakfish, snap blues. Jessica picked up a couple of fluke in Beach Haven – 3.92# and 21.75″ and 2.28# and 18.5″. Cheri Hebert had another nice doormat fluke on Monday for the store tournament weighing in at 6.30# and 25″. He is now in first AND second place for the store tournament! Remember SEA BASS IS NOW CLOSED until Oct. 1st.
